Some billing information can get lost when switching over to a new website.
If you see any billing information and/or expiration date errors within your new membership account, please contact us with the proper information.
I'm being directed to a 404 page!
If you encounter a 404 page after logging in, don’t worry! You can just navigate back to your account and you will still be logged in. Our apologies, this is just a small website bug for the time being.
The webcasts page is taking too long to load on mobile
Our Webcast page holds many previous webcasts that date back all the way to the beginning of 2019, so there are many files to be loaded.
If you find the Webcast page is taking too long to load on mobile, please just give it a bit more to load. Your Webcast will start playing once fully loaded.
If this does not fix the problem, a simple page refresh will work!
